Jean Riordan, MA, serves as the Executive Director of Career Services at UIC, responsible for the management of an office dedicated to serving the entire campus as well as oversight of campus Student Employment. As a proud and dedicated Student Affairs professional with over 25 years of experience dedicated to working with Chicago area university students, she is deeply committed to supporting the academic and professional success of a diverse student body. Prior to starting this role in 2019, Jean spent 14 years as the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Director of Career Services at Saint Xavier University and has served students previously at Roosevelt University and the University of Chicago. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology.
