Career Fair Information for Employers
Welcome to the 2025- 2026 recruiting season! We look forward to your partnership this year. UIC Career Services and Student Employment sponsor or co-sponsor more than 10 fairs throughout the year. Most are restricted to UIC students and UIC Alumni; however, some are also open to the public. Please refer to the events calendar below for upcoming fairs. Please note that all Fairs and events will be in PERSON this Spring 2025.

A full refund will be provided to employers if a cancellation is received one week before the fair. Refunds will not be processed if an employer does not attend the fair, or cancels the day-of.

Employers Register Here for our 2025 Internship Fair which will take place on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in Student Center East, Illinois Room at 750 South Halsted St, Chicago, IL 60607.
This fair is open to employers offering internships and other career opportunities in any industry. Students from all majors will be in attendance!
